Signing Up
Read
the following terms and conditions before signing up to
become a NicheAudioContent.com member.
They
have been put in place for the benefit of all members.
We reserve the right to alter
any/all terms, rules
and conditions at anytime. It is entirely your responsibility to keep
checking this page for any changes.
Requesting A Refund
If you decide to ask for a
refund for any reason you must delete permanently all the materials downloaded from NicheAudioContent.com.
If
you want to continue to
use content that you have already received/downloaded,
you can pay a one time licence fee of $47. This payment
would give you the right to (continue to) use
the content you have downloaded from Niche Audio
Content site.
This
rule is to prevent abuse of our service.

What is Allowed
You
have complete Private Label Rights to all the text articles included
in your membership.
You can use
them as content, create new eBooks, reports, newsletters / ezines,
blogs.
You can submit all the PLR articles
to article directories as long as you name yourself as the author
and have significantly changed the content.
By
becoming a NicheAudioContent.com
member, you will be granted a license to use the
audios to create your own audio products, i.e. Audio eBooks, Audio
Reports, Audio Newsletters, etc...
Members can make an audio book and sell it,
not give it away for free.
You may use up to 50
audios and articles to create any one audio book, you may
not use all the audios we provide to create one audio
book.
However you may create
a text eBook with as many articles as you want as you have Private
Label Rights to the text articles so you can change them and add /
take away content, the above rule is only in place to stop abuse of
the audios we provide.
Suggested selling price of an audio eBook that has up to
25 audios included should be at least $9.95
Suggested selling price of an audio eBook that has up to 50 audios included should be at least
$19.95
Niche Audio Content reserves the right to terminate immediately the
membership of any member found selling
audio books at
low prices, or giving the audios
away. No membership fees would be paid back.
We will provide you with resale / give away
articles and audios that you can give-away or resell.
You can use the give away / resale
audios and articles to create an audio / text report. |

What is Not Allowed
You cannot sell any of the text articles or audios
with Private Label Rights, like we do, as this would
put you in direct competition with NicheAudioContent.com. Any
member found doing so will have
their membership immediately terminated.
You cannot sell
the audios (see what is allowed above)
You cannot sell
the text articles (see what is allowed above)
You cannot claim copyright to any of
the audios received from NicheAudioContent.com.
You cannot claim
copyright to any of the text articles you receive from NicheAudioContent.com unless
major changes are made and are not by whatever means to be seen
being from NicheAudioContent.com.
Any reports of spamming or any other
unethical marketing/promotion means will result in your membership being terminated
immediately.
You cannot sell the audios and
articles unless they are made into a new product (see What is
Allowed above)
You cannot sell the
PLR eBooks provided with Private Label Rights "as is" like we
do, as this would put us in direct competition.

The above conditions have been put in
place so that members get the best possible price for selling audio
products that they have created.
If you cannot abide by these simple
terms for
all members we do not want you as a member we only accept Internet
Marketers who are honest and have integrity.
If you want to outsell competition,
create 2 or 3 quality bonuses to your offer, don't go along the
route of lowering price, it can be financial suicide and in the end
no-one wins
We try to create win-win situations, so
members can profit from this membership, if you do not want
to follow the terms and conditions please do not join.
If everyone sticks to
the rules you can make a profit!
Again anyone found abusing these simple rules
will have their membership to NAC instantly revoked
